Sign-in help

Zorble uses Sign in with ChatGPT, so there is no separate Zorble password to reset.

Forgotten password

Open ChatGPT, choose Log in, enter the email address used for your Zorble account and select Forgot password?. If you originally used Apple, Google or Microsoft sign-in, continue with the same provider.

Still cannot sign in?

Check that you are using the same email and sign-in method used when the report was ordered. For help with an order, contact orders@zorble.ai.
