Terms version 23 August 2026
Terms and Conditions
These terms govern this website and Zorble reports. “Zorble”, “we” and “us” mean Zorble.ai Ltd, registered in England and Wales under company number 17366824, with registered office at 71–75 Shelton Street, London WC2H 9JQ. Contact orders@zorble.ai or +44 (0) 330 533 0147.
1. Service and contract
Catalogue entries and publication requests are invitations to enquire, not promises of publication. A request is free. An unpaid order records your request. A paid contract is formed when we accept payment or expressly confirm acceptance.
2. Prices and supply
Displayed total webpage-report prices are Basic £40, Enhanced £100 and Full Intelligence £1,000 unless changed before order. Optional downloads cost another 50%: £20, £50 or £500 at those rates. Zorble is not currently VAT-registered, so no VAT is added. The order summary and Stripe page show the total payable. Delivery times are estimates.
3. Information—not advice
A Zorble report is general research, information and analytical commentary. It is not legal, financial, investment, tax, accounting, credit-rating, procurement or other professional advice. Zorble is not your adviser, fiduciary, broker or agent. A report is not a recommendation or invitation to buy, sell, lend, invest, contract with, appoint or avoid anyone.
Each report is a snapshot at its stated cut-off date. Public registers, company statements, licensed data, news and other sources may be incomplete, delayed, restated, inconsistent or wrong. Scores, forecasts and comparisons involve uncertainty. We use reasonable care but do not promise every fact, calculation, conclusion or source is complete, current or error-free.
You must independently verify every material fact, consider later information, perform your own commercial, financial and legal due diligence, and obtain qualified professional advice. Never use a report as the sole basis for a transaction, credit decision, procurement award, investment or academic conclusion.
4. Accounts and licence
Provide accurate details and protect your account. Webpage access is personal to the purchasing account. A purchased download is for the buyer’s internal or personal research. Do not resell, republish, scrape, systematically copy, remove notices, train a model on, or build a competing database from a report without written permission.
5. Digital content and cancellation
Consumer statutory rights remain. Before immediate digital supply, we ask you expressly to request supply during the 14-day cancellation period and acknowledge that the cancellation right is lost once supply begins. If it has not begun, see Cancellations. Remedies remain for digital content that is faulty, misdescribed or not supplied with reasonable care and skill.
6. Liability
Nothing excludes liability the law does not permit us to exclude, including fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, and consumer rights. For consumers, we remain responsible for foreseeable loss caused by breach, but not business loss. For businesses, to the fullest lawful extent, we exclude indirect or consequential loss and loss of profit, revenue, opportunity, goodwill or saving; aggregate liability relating to a report is limited to the amount paid for it.
7. IP, privacy and law
Zorble’s structure, commentary, analysis, branding and presentation are protected. Third-party material belongs to its owners. See our Privacy Notice and Cookie Policy. English law applies; consumers retain mandatory local UK court rights, while business disputes are subject to courts of England and Wales.
